We are supporting NYMBL on a post-fire beachfront rebuild at Las Flores Beach, including one of the first construction permits issued for this stretch of Malibu. The home is designed for multi-generational living with a restrained street presence and layered terraces oriented to the Pacific. A place of return and continuity for a family rooted on this coastline since the 1960s.

Private Residence | Malibu, CA
We are supporting NYMBL on an upcoming post-fire beachfront rebuild in Malibu. The home follows the same design approach as the broader rebuild program, with coordinated, permit-ready engineering planned from design through construction. The concept may include two ADUs to support long-term rental or short-term vacation use, while maintaining a high-end residential standard.

Private Residence | Malibu, CA
We are supporting NYMBL on a post-fire beachfront rebuild in Malibu, advancing one of the earliest construction permits in the area. The project includes two side-by-side, four-level residences with elevated amenities—media and entertainment rooms, a gym with cold plunge and infrared sauna, expansive primary suites, elevators, and ADU/Junior ADU accommodations—with select homes suited for luxury vacation rental use. Designed for multi-generational living, the architecture presents a quiet street presence and opens toward the ocean with layered terraces.

Condominium Malibu Rebuild | Malibu, CA
A Malibu condominium rebuild along the Pacific Coast Highway, with our team delivering full MEPFS services. Conceived as a place of retreat, the design turns inward from the noise of its surroundings with a restrained street presence and carefully tuned openings that bring in light and air while preserving privacy. Toward the water, glazed facades and deep apertures open daily life to the Pacific—calm, controlled, and anchored to the horizon.

Condominium Malibu Rebuild | Malibu, CA
A four-story oceanfront condominium in Malibu designed around transparency and a seamless indoor–outdoor relationship with the Pacific. Expansive glass facades, double-height volumes, and a central courtyard frame uninterrupted water views and bring light deep into the home. We are providing full MEPFS services, integrating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural systems to support comfort, performance, and long-term resilience on the waterfront.
