The firm has designed a wide range of structures and facilities including residential, commercial institutional and industrial buildings, manufacturing and food processing plants, data centers, laboratory and research facilities, government and military, civic center facilities, hospitals and medical offices, hotels and office buildings including tenant improvement.
Our engineers are experts at all elements necessary to design integrated systems that functionally meet the needs of owners and occupants, and are also energy and cost efficient. NEECo provides complete and coordinated engineering design packages including drawings, specifications, estimates and contract documents, as well as construction management services. DESIGN DELIVERY METHODS
NEECo defines and develop design approach based on project goals, budget and timeline. Value and quality engineering design is our top priority regardless of method of service delivery. We deliver our services based on client specific requirements in achieving final goals during design and construction process. NEECO provide Design Assist, Design Build, and Design Bid Build which are recognized as industry standard methods of service delivery.
Design Assist is a delivery method in which owners bring subcontractor on earlier in the process, which can greatly expedite the design and reduce time out of the project schedule.
Design Build is a delivery method that the contractor overseas design and construction based on a proposed budget by the owner.
Design Bid Build is a delivery method when specific standards and requirements need to be met with full Design-Bid-Build. Usually with this method engineers team up with architect and finalized design are competitively bid.
