NEECo consists of a team of professional electrical engineers and designers with technical expertise in areas of electrical power distribution, lighting and control system for commercial and light industrial info-structure and facilities. At NEECo, we work closely with you, the Owner, the Developer/Investor, the Architect, the Contractor, the City and Governmental agencies, the Entertainment industry, the Realtor, the Homeowner, and City's building department to prepare a design that's code-compliant, and sustainable with big impact on the global environment. In addition, we will ensure that our design complies with state energy code Title 24 requirement and CAL Green initiatives.

NEECo defines and develop design approach based on individual project goals, budget and timeline. We deliver our services based on client requirement to approach design and construction process. NEECo provide Design Assist, Design Build, and Design Bid Build which are recognized as industry standard methods of service delivery.

NEECo also provide Construction Administration services during the construction phase of your project. We provide quick responses to make sure that your construction stays on track with no delays and unnecessary expenses.
